3. Undertaking/affidavit dated 26.2.2013 given by the appellant is accepted and she is given time to vacate the premises till 31,12.2013, subject to payment of damages and the mesne profits to the respondents apart from other charges. 2013:DHC:8596 / •Ej

4. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the amount which was sent to the respondent no.l was received back with the report that he was not residing at the said address.

5. The appellant shall deposit the amount rent/damages, mesne profits on monthly basis in the bank account of the respondent no.l as he has stated that he has been given the account details.
