W.P.(CRL.) 1168/2012 and CRL. M.A. Nos.18846/2012, 18847/2012 and 18849/2012 accordingly stand disposed of. Mr. Sharma undertakes to inform the police station concerned about the settlement agreement between the parties and assures the Court that no
2013:DHC:7496-DB coercive steps shall be taken against the writ petitionerJ till the quashing ofboth the FIRs.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the
Petitioner, as prayed.
