09.05.2013 Pre-arrest bail is sought by petitioners in FIR No.24/2013 under
Sections 452/341/427/379/308/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Civil
Lines, Delhi.
While entertaining these applications vide order of 25*^ February, Bail ApplnNo.320& 327 of2013 Page 1
2013:DHC:7616 2013 in Bail Application No.320/2013 and order of26^ February, 2013 in
BailApplication No.327/2013, petitioners were directed tojoin investigation and interim protection was granted to them. Learned Additional Public
Prosecutor submits that petitionei^ have joined the investigation and does not dispute that co-accused ofpetitioners is already on bail.
Without commenting upon the merits of this case orders of 25^
February, 2013 and 26^ February, 2013 are made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond in the sum of ?20,000/- eachwith one local surety of the like amountto the satisfaction ofInvestigating Officer/Arresting Officer.
The applications stand accordingly disposed of.
