^5 lacs to the complamant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) towards dowry articles. On this the complainant has no objection to the grant ofanticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Considering the offer of ^5 lacs made by the petitioners, petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event ofthen- arrest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of
?50,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required. The petitioners shall pay ^5 lacs to the complainant through Investigating Officer within 15 days without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (ifany) towards dowry articles.
The bail applications stand disposed of.
