2013:DHC:7922 2___.._ persons of FIR No.394/02 registered under Sections
406/420/468/471/477/506/323/120-B IPC at PS Rajouri Garden and FIR
No. 393/02 registered under Sections 380/419/468/471/120-B IPC at PS
Rajouri Garden for quashing of their respective FIRs and the crimimil proceedings emanating therefrom.
Both the parties are present in Court along with their respective counsel. Counsel submits that both the parties happen to be real brothers and c they have amicably settled their disputes. In terms of the settlement Mr. RajeshTrehan has paid an amount ofRs. 2.25 lakhs to Mr. Naresh Trehan in
Court today. Counsels for the parties state that with the said settlement arrived at between the parties, now no dispute of any nature survives between them. Counsels also submit that in FIR No. 394/02 the police has filed chargesheet only against Mr. Naresh Trehan and no other person has been named in the FIR.

Considering the fact that the parties have settled all their inter se disputes, therefore, in my view no useful purpose would be served in keeping the said FIRs and the proceedings arising therefrom against the pet~tio~~rs alive any further. Consequently, FIR No. 394/02 registered
