ORDER
2. The issue in these writ petitions is with respect to the claim of the W.P.(C) 7384/2012 & W.P.(C) 738s/2012 pase I of 2 'I 2013:DHC:7745:.r /,tO petitioners for being granted Selection Scale w.e'f' 01'04'1996' Attention of this Court is invited to the letter dated 05'05'2003 of the respondent No' 3/school which states with respect to the petitioners and their names were shown at serial Nos. 1 and 4 and are held entitled to Selection Scale as 12 years service has been completed by them w'e'f' 01'04'1996'
3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that they have no objection to grant of Selection scale, however, the same cannot be granted because DPg has to consider ACRS of five years and which the respondent No.3 has not given to respondent Nos' | &2'
4. The writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent No' 3/school to give the AiRs of Sh. Nawab Singh and Smt' Geeta Goel to the respondentNos.|&2withinaperiodoftwomonthsfromtoday. Thereafter, the requisite DPC will be held within six weeks for consideration of the petitioners so that they may be granted senior scales in accordance with law. 5.withtheaforesaidobservations,thewritpetitionsaredisposedof.
