ORDER
1. Identical prayers have been made by the petitioners in these three writ petitions. The facts of W.P.(C)2612/2013 are being noticed for disposal of the present writ petitions. 2013:DHC:7016
2. As per W.P.(C)2612/2013, the petitioner entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the respondent IGNOU on 26.5.2008 for conducting a three year programme in B.A. International Hospitality Administration. The Institute has received a communication dated 31.5.2012 by which it was informed that the respondent had decided to keep the admissions in the programmes offered by the institutes/colleges in abeyance. The petitioner received the above communication on 12.6.2012.
3. While issuing notice in W.P.(C) 4298/2012 & W.P.{C) 4299/2012 on 20.7.2012, a statement was made by learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent IGNOU on instructions that the respondent would have no objection with regard to the students admitted upto 12.6.2012. It was also agreed between the parties that no further admissions would be made from 20.7.2012 onwards. These matters were adjourned from time to time to enable the petitioner to place relevant material before the IGNOU.

Mr.Aiy Mirza, learned counsel for the respondent IGNOU, submits that the IGNOU has decided in a meeting that all the students, who were admitted prior to 12.6.2012, except nine students in W.P.(C)4297/2011, would be allowed to appear in the examination and consequent to the decision taken all the formalities will be completed to enable the students, except nine students in W.P.{C)4297/2011, to appear in the examination in the normal W.P.(C) 2612!2013, 4298!2012 & 4299/2012 • ' i,-e course and complete the course.
5. In view of the stand taken by counsel for the IGNOU and copy of the undated communication, which has been handed over in Court today, IGNOU is directed to complete all the necessary formalities within eight weeks from today so that the students are not put to any inconvenience and they will be able to appear in the examination scheduled to be conducted by the respondent on a date to be fixed by the IGNOU.
