07.05.2013 By this petition the Petitioner has inter alia prayed for quashing of the
FIR No. 4/2009 under Sections 406/420/506/120B IPC registered at PS
Chitranjan Park, New Delhi being investigated by the Economic Offence
Wing of Delhi Police.
A status report has been filed on 3rd May, 2013.
As per the status report the investigation has been completed. Since no cognizable offence was found to be made out during the investigation, a final report in the form of cancellation under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed before the Court of learned CMM, South East, Saket Court on 1st May, W.P.(CRL) 22412011
2013:DHC:7481 \\ 2013 on which the Complainant has been summoned for 31st May, 2013.
The Petitioner would be at liberty to appear before the Magistrate on
31st May, 2013 and raise his grievance regarding the conduct of the
Complainant in concealing material facts and getting the FIR registered against the Petitioner.
As regards the Prayer-G regarding registration of the FIR on the complaint dated 29th December, 2008 the Petitioner would be at liberty to take the alternate remedy available to him before the learned Magistrate.
With these observations the petition and the application are disposed of.
