In view of stand taken as aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with direction that the charge-sheet filed against accused-Devewder Kumar in
Sessions case No.92/2012 be assigned to the court of concerned Additional
Sessions Judge, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
With aforesaid directions,this petition is disposed of.
