08.05.2013 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section
11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent has no objectionif a sole Arbitrator be appointedby this Court to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims.
With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, Mr.Shiv
Khorana, Advocate (Mob. No. 9810006115/9818306115) who is also present in Court, is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate all the disputes and differences between the parties. The Arbitrator shall conduct the proceedings under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
ORDER

1996. Total fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be payable to the tune of 2013:DHC:8082 (o N ?50000/- which shall be home by both the parties in equal proportion. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Copies of this order be given dasti to the learned counsels for the parties. A copy ofthe order be also sentto thelearned sole Aibitiator.
