Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that investigation qua petitioners is pending and supplementary charge- sheet, if required would be filed within a period oftwo months and that petitioners- Sunny Saluja and Ravinder Saluja are required for further investigation.
Ms. Aishwarya Sinha, Advocate, on instructions undertakes that petitioners are ready to join investigation of this case and would be appearing before Investigating Officer of this case on 15^^ May, 2013 at
4:00 p.m.
Let it be so done.
Upon hearing both sides and on perusal ofFIR in question, interim order of22""^ February, 2013 [in Bail Application No.1855/2012] and IS***
April, 2013 [in Bail Application No. 617/2013] are made absolute.
Subject to petitioners joining investigation ofthis case on the date and time so fixed and thereafter, as and when called by notice in writing and surrendering their passports initially for a period oftwo months, ir^ the event of arrest, petitioners - Sunny Saluja, s/o Mr. Gurbachan Singh
Saluja and Ravinder Saluja, w/o Mr. Gurbachan Singh Saluja, be admitted to bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of ?50,000/-
I each with one local surety each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial court. However, petitioners would be at liberty to travel abroad after seeking permission ofthe court concerned. It is made clear that if petitioners do not comply with the aforesaid conditions, then respondent
