Petitioner alleges unauthorized construction/encroachment by respondents No.3 to 5. Mr.Gaurang enters appearance on advance copy and submits that the property has been inspected and it is found that the construction is at its initial stage and as of today it is as per the sanction plan. The respondent No.l is directed to keep a strict vigil over the property in question to ensure that there is no unauthorized construction/encroachment on the public land.
Petition stands disposed of taking on record and binding the respondent with the statement made by learned counsel for -the respondent and in the above terms.
Leave granted to the petitioner to re-approach this Court in case any unauthorized construction or encroachment on public land is noted.
CM No.6160/2013 Since the writ petition stands disposed of instant application seeking stay of the impugned order till disposal of the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
