Present: Mr Sai Krishnan, Advocate for the appellant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the fact that the bank guarantee has already been encashcd and the letter of intent has been cancelled on 16.05.2013, this writ petition would no longer survive and that he would be filing a separate writ petition challenging the cancellation of the letter of r intent and the encashment of the bank guarantee. Consequently, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with the aforesaid liberty.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
