17.05.2013 At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners seeks two weeks time to avail ofthe efficacious ofremedy approaching the Session Court by way of
Criminal Revision Petitions.
Petitioners are allowed to do so. Needless to say that the Revisional
Courtshall consider condonation of delay, in view of the fact that petitioners had bonafidely approached this Court.
These eleven petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
