20.05.2013 During the pendency of the writ petitions, the petitioners have received the half pay leave encashment from the respondent no.l. The only issue now remains is interest which would bepayable fortheperiod of delay from the dates of retirements to the dates of actual payments.
It is ordered that the respondent no.l will make payment of interest at
7% per annum from the dates of retirements ofthe petitioners till the date
