21.05.2013 W.P.(C) No.8307/2009 It is stated that both the parties have settled the present case.
The Labour Court vide the iinpugned award has given compensation in favour of the respondent/workman. The parties have settled the compensation amount at ?2,25,000/-. Respondent is present in person along with his counsel who has agreed to the aforesaid amount in full and final settlement of all his claims with the petitioner/management arising out of
I.D. No.8/2002.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as the petitioner company is lying closed, the proprietor of the petitioner company be given some time

In view of above settlement between the parties, let the petitioner make 50% of the payment i.e. ?1,12,500/- by the first week of July, 2013 to the respondent/workman through his counsel. The remaining 50%) be given by the first week of August, 2013. The impugned award stands modified in terms of settlement between the parties.
The petition stands disposedof accordingly.
