ORDER

1. The Petitioners have deposited a sum of ?81 lakhs in terms of orders 2013:DHC:6980 f A dated 22.03.2013 passed by this Court. The Petitioners and the claimant are closely related to each other. The matter was referred for mediation. However, the mediation has failed. In compliance of the interim orders, the Petitioners have deposited a sum of ?81 lakhs with the Registrar General of this Court.

2. In the facts and circumstances, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the Petitioners shall be admitted to bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the lO/SHO concerned, subject to the conditions that they shalljoin the investigation as andwhen required by the lO/SHO concerned.

3. The amount deposited with the Registrar General of this Court shall be kept in fixed deposit in the name of the Registrar General for a period of two years and the fixed deposit shall be renewed from time to time and shall be subject to the orders, if any, passed by the Civil Court or the Criminal Court regarding this matter.

4. The Applications stands disposed of G.P. MITTAL, J. MAY 21,2013 pst
