22.05.2013 v Counsel for the parties agree that in view of the subsequent notification of the CBSE dated 13.5.2013 by which CBSE has decided to place on the website the answer key and calculation-sheet along with OMR sheets, and also in view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent that answer-sheets will be supplied to the petitioner, who have made necessary applications within a period of not later than one week from today, the present writ petition may be disposed of. Ordered
2013:DHC:7143 ~ accordingly. The respondent I CBSE will hand over answer-sheets to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than seven days from today.
The present petitions and the applications stand disposed of, in above terms.
Leave is granted to the petitioners to approach this court again, if so advised, after the key and answer-sheets are made available to them and after they scrutinize the same. DASTI to counsel for parties.
