Learned counsel appealing on behalf of respondent No.l states that his clienthas no objectionifthe prayermade in this petition is allowed and a sole independent Aibitiator be appointedby this Court.

Aibitiator to adjudicate upon all the disputes and differences between the parties, as mentioned in this petition. The paities shall appear before the
2013:DHC:8115 Albitrator on 9"' July, 2013 at 2.30 p.m. The Arbiti'ator shall conduct the proceedings under the provisions of the Ai'bitiation and Conciliation Act,
