ORDER
1. Statements have been made in Courttoday by the two Directors of the Respondent, Mrs. Vibha Kapur and Mr. Anil Kapur. The statements are placed below this order. In terms thereof the Petitioners have agreed to settle their claims in all the three petitions by accepting an aggregate payment of Rs.16 lakhs, which sum will be paid to them by the Respondents not later than 10m August 2013. with the aforementioned payment, there will be no further claims by the Petitioners in these petitions. If.there is any default in making payment as undertaken before the Court, it will be open to the Petitioners to revive these petitions and also institute proceedings for contempt of Court against the Respondent and the two Directors who have Co. PeL Nos. 59,60 & 61 of2012 t/ made statements on oath today in Court.
2. The right of the Respondent to institute any other proceedings in accordance with law against the Petitioners and the right of the Petitioners to defend themselves in such proceedings is reserved.
3. The petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
