ORDER
1. The Petitioner was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (g) IPG and was sentenced to undergo RI for a period often years: The Petitioner has already undergone imprisonment for eight years and seven months including the remission earned by him
2. The Petitioner seeks parole for two months in order to look after his ailing mother and re-establish social ties. The Petitioner's request for gi'ant ofparole was rejected in view ofthe fact that the Petitioner was involved in a heinous crime. Keeping in view the fact the Petitioner is going to complete his sentence in another VA years, the prayer for grant of parole is allowed.
3. The Petitioner is granted parole for a period offour weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Jail.
4. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
5. A copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information.
