JUDGMENT

1. It is urged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the co-accused Kusum, the Petitioner's sister has already been granted bail by the learned • Additional Sessions Judge by an order dated 07.05.2013.

2. It is urged that even if the allegations made in the FIR are taken on the face value then no offence of attempt of rape would be made out and at the most it would be only an offence under Section 354-A IPG. It is urged that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case.

3. I have gone through the police file produced by the 10. The Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2013.

4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Petitioner is directed to be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

5. Copy of the order be sent to the Trial Court.

6. The Application is allowed in above terms.
