29.05.2013 This is an application seeking anticipatory bail.
The FIR which was registered on the directions of the Metropolitan
Magistrate states that the complainant alleges that on 17.11.2011 at about 11.00 p.m. the petitioners forcibly entered into the house of the former and gave him beatings and also took away his gold chain.

2013:DHC:8186 u Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that a misunderstanding between the parties resulted inthe lodging of the present FIR but with the help and assistance of the neighbours, the matter has been resolved and a compromise has been entered into. The complainant has also received a sum of f'l 0,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) towards the damage caused to his goods. The complainant further states that the gold chain was recovered by him subsequently from his own house and that he is no longer interested in proceeding with the present complaint. The complainant Sushil Kumar Yadav is present in Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer SI Anand
Singh, Police Station Paharganj.
In the facts and circumstances aforementioned, in the event of the arrest of the petitioners they shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Station House Incharge subject to the following condition:-
(i) That they shall co-operate with the investigation and make themselves available as and when required by a police officer.
With the above directions the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. /
