29.05.2013 Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and in terms of the settlement it has been agreed that Mr.Narender Nangia, respondent in Cont.Cas(C)467/2011, shall pay a sum of Rs.11,000/- to Ms.Reena Mishra, petitioner in Cont.Cas(C)467/2011.
Mr.Chaudhari, counsei for Ms.Reena Mishra, undertakes to the Court that Criminal Complaint bearing No.76/1/12 and Execution Petition
No.59/2011 i.e. the cases filed by Ms.Reena Mishra or filed by
Mr.K.Nangendra Rao against Mr.Narender Nangia, would be withdrawn on the next dates of hearing fixed in the matters.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, counsel for the petitioners submit that they wish to withdraw their respective contempt petitions.
Accordingly, contempt petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
