ORDER
1. By the present petition, the petitioner alleges willful disobedience of the order dated 20.2.2013 passed in W.P.(C) 1109/2013.
2. Learned counsel for respondents enters appearance on an advance copy and on instructions from the concerned Assistant Engineer submits that the property has been inspected even after an advance copy of the present contempt petition was served upon the respondent and it has been found that there is no on-going unauthorized construction at the site in question.
3. In view of the categorical stand taken by counsel for the respondents, present contempt petition stands dismissed, however, liberty, as prayed, is granted to the petitioner to place dated photographs on record in case of any fresh on-going unauthorized construction at the property in question. -S.
