VICE CHANCELLOR, jAMIA MILIA ISLAMIA UNIVERSITY & ANR. ..... Respondent
Through: Mr.Rohit Gandhi, Advocate
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE G.S.SISTANI
30.05.2013 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 27.9.2012 by which he was debarred for a period of three years. Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage petitioner would be satisfied if an opportunity of hearing is granted to him, as he could not attend the hearing on account of the fact that he was indisposed. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner would have no objection if the hearing is granted to him in the month of july, 2013.
Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same, subject to the condition that petitioner will not press his relief for sitting in the examination in the month of june, 2013. Accordingly, respondent will grant a personal hearing to the petitioner, to enable the petitioner to explain his stand and thereafter a fresh order will be passed.
In view of the stand taken by counsel for the parties, the present petition and the application stand disposed of.
