JUDGMENT
1. It is stated that parties have settled the matter and respondent/management has agreed to give ^8,60,000/- to the petitioner in Ml and final settlement of all her claims including reinstatement, back wages, gratuity, leave encashment, etc.
2. The petitioner is present with counsel and she has also stated that she has settled all her aforesaid claims with the respondent for the aforesaid amount and all her claims arising out of her employment with the respondent/management shall stand satisfied on the receipt of aforesaid amount. 3. Respondent/management submits that the amount of^8,60,000/- shall be paid to the petitioner by way of cheque in her name through her counsel before 7.7.2013.
4. As regards the amount of the petitioner lying in the EPF, the respondent/management has stated that it shall co-operate with the petitioner in getting release of said amount in her favour.
5. As the parties have amicably settled the matter, the impugned award stands modified in terms ofsettlement between the parties. The petition stands disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties.
