ORDER
1. The counsels for the plaintiff and the defendants support the application.
2. The application is stated tobe signed by the authorized representative of the plaintiff and by the defendant no. 1 as well as by the authorized signatory of the defendants no.2 to 4 Companies and their respective advocates andis also accompanied by the affidavits of the signatories to the application. The application is also accompanied with an inventory of software license requirement of the defendants, Resolutions of the Board of Directors of the defendants no.2 to 4 and photocopy of cheques issued by the defendants no.2&3 in favour ofthe advocates for the plaintiffs.
3. Thecompromise asrecorded inthe application is found tobelawful.

5. The undertakings of the parties as contained in the application are accepted and the parties ordered to be bound thereby and cautioned of consequences of breach thereof
6. The suit is decreed in terms of the compromise application which shall form part ofthe decree sheet.
