ORDER
1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The date of23.07.2013 is cancelled and the suit is taken up on board for hearing.

3. The counsels state that CS(OS) Nos.3084/2012, 3085/2012, 3100/2012 & 3101/2012 were tagged to this suit but have not been listed today. The same have been requisitioned from the Registry. IA No.9750/2013 (of the parties u/O 23 R-3 CPC) in CS(OS) 756/2010
4. The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendantsupport the application. The application is stated to be signed by the parties, their advocates and is accompanied by the affidavits of the parties. The parties are also stated to be present in person.
5. The compromise arrived at between the parties and as contained in the application and in the Deed of Settlement / Compromise dated 29.05.2013 annexed to the application is found to be lawful.
6. The application is allowed. The suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement, binding the parties thereto. No costs. CS(OS) Nos.3084/2012, 3085/2012, 3100/2012 & 3101/2012
7. In view ofthe settlement in CS(OS) 756/2010, the counsel for the plaintiff states that he withdraws CS(OS) Nos.3084/2012, 3085/2012, 3100/2012 & 3101/2012.
