By the present petition, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 8.3.2013 to allow the petitioner to participate in the recruitment/examination process against the registration application no.150198 for post code 70/90 invited vide advertisement no.004/2009. The respondent has placed on record an order of the Deputy Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 20.6.2013 to show that necessary action has been taken to enlist the name of the· petitioner in the eligible list.

In view of this, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. No order is called for.
