21.06.2013 This is a petition filed by the petitioner claiming for setting aside the impugned order dated 14.5.2013 whereby the application of the petitioner for interim custody of the children during summer vacations has been dismissed. Learned counsel for therespondent enters appearance.
After some arguments, learned counsel for respondent, under instructions from the respondent, is agreeable that the interim custody of both the children, namely, Jasmeet Rana (Son) and Ms.Kangana Rana
(daughter) be given to the mother/petitioner for the remaining period of summer vacations till the forenoon of 30.6.2013.
The stand ofthe learned counsel for the respondent isappreciated.
With the consent ofthe parties, it is directed that the respondent shall hand over the interim custody of the children to the petitioner/mother on
2013:DHC:7438 /X U 22.6.2013 at 11 a.m. at Cross-River Mall, Karkardooma. The petitioner shall return the two children on 30.6.2013 at 12 noon at Cross-River Mall, Karkardooma. It is, however, made clear that no special equity shall be claimed bythe petitioner onthebasis ofthis order.
With theabove directions, thepetition stands disposed ofappreciating the stand taken by the parties and their counsel inthe present petition.
Acopy oforder be given dasti under the signature ofCourt Master.
