24.06.2013 On the last date of hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had stated that the petitioner wants to vacate the subject premises.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that they have no objection to taking over possession as well as handing over the goods which are lying or affixed in the subject premises, but a Local Commissioner be appointed for the said purpose.
Accordingly, Mr. S.P.Singh, Joint Registrar, Delhi High Court (Mobile
No.9910390959) is appointed as the Local Commissioner to ensure the smooth transition of vacant possession of the said premises from the petitioner to the respondent after making an inventory of the goods lying therein. The Local
Commissioner shall ensure peaceful handing over of the possession of the premises to the respondent without any hindrance by or on behalf of the
2013:DHC:8398 » respondents. The Local Commissioner shall also be entitled to obtain ^^eiice assistance if the same would be considered necessary for the execution of the directions of this Court.
The fee of the Local Commissioner is fixed at Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand only) to be paid by the petitioner. The Local commissioner shall execute the commission on 27.06.2013 after giving necessary notice to counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. The Local Commissioner shall flirnish his report to the Court.
It is made clear that this is a consent order
With the above direction the petition is disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
