The petitioner herein seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to move the Central Administrative Tribunal. The petitioner has
('1, expressed his apprehension that due to paucity of time, he may not be able to file the application before the Tribunal in time for it to be listed. We are sure that if the petitioner mentions the matter to the Central Administrative
Tribunal, in view of the urgency, the same would be considered.
With these observations, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
