This is a writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner who has appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2013 conducted by the respondent. The petitioner appeared in online examination on 23.04.2013.
The petitioner has been requesting the respondentto furnish theAnswerKey to the test undertaken by the petitioner. However, he has received no response thereto. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has made a statement that the 'Answer Key would be available tomorrow and the petitioner can collect the same from the office of the respondent at Plot
No.482, F.I.E, Industrial Area, Patparganj, Delhi. rJ
2013:DHC:7610 It is submitted on behalf ofthe petitionerthat the petitioneris resident of Hyderabad and, accordingly, it is prayed that the coiinsel for the petitioner be permitted to collect the 'Answer Key from the Wfice of the respondent. This prayer is not opposed. The learned counsel for the petitioner may collect the 'Answer Key from the office of the respondent during the working hours on 28.06.2013.
