A copy of the order dated 24.06.2013 rejecting the application of the petitioner is also enclosed with the status report. In view of the same, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate writ petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
