This is a petition wherein the petitioners have alleged that they are being harassed by certain family members of the petitioner no. 1 since she being a widow, has been remarried and is currently living with petitioner no. 2 who is her husband. The petitioner has sought police protection against the petitioner no. 1 being forcibly taken from Delhi by her other relatives. In this regard, we direct that SHO, PS Vijay
Vihar would take appropriate steps to ensure that the petitioners are not harassed by the family members of the petitioner no. 1. The petitioners may directly approach the SHO PS Vijay Vihar and provide the details. If he deem necessary, he may provide police protection to the petitioners.

The petitioner seelcs to withdraw the present writ petition with the Hberty to challenge any FIR that may be lodged in Dehradun.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in accordance with the above observations and with the aforesaid liberty.
