Rockey Singh have appeared in Court today. Ms Deepika Sharma who is an adult has married Rocky of her own free will and wish. We spoke to Deepika and her husband Rocky Singh along with her parents Anil and Kanchan Shaiina in the Chamber in the presence of Ms Inderjeet Sidhu, Advocate. The differences between the parties have been amicably resolved and they have expressed a desire to remain in touch with each-other.
In the circumstances Mr Vijay Kinger, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. Dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. fj
