05.07.2013 After some hearing, learned senior counsel Mr. Harish Malhotra sought liberty to withdraw these appeals but requested that all contentions with regard to the entitlement to the rents or such portions, as may be permissible inlaw, should be kept open.
We have no doubt that the appellants' rights to contend that they are entitled to claim accounting ofany part ofthe amounts received as rent, to the extent it is permissible in law, would be considered by the learned Single
Judge at the final stage.
The appeals are disposed offinthe above terms.
