Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that petitioners have joined the investigation but out of four TCRs, only one has been recovered and the remaining three
TCRs could not be recovered from the addresses furnished by the petitioners.
Considering the status report filed, the stand of petitioners, as disclosed in Annexures P-14 &; P-17, and without commenting on the merits ofthis case, interim orders of 5"^ April, 2013 (in Bail Application
^ No.550/2013) and 29^ April, 2013 (in Bail Application No. 706/2013) are made absolute. Let petitioners join the investigation of this case as and when called by notice in writing. In the event of arrest, petitioners-
Raju Sawant, son ofShri H.S.Sawant and Kartar Singh, son ofShri Khem
Chand be admitted to bail on their furnishing bail bond in the sum of
?30,000/- with one surety each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/ Arresting Officer.
Needless to say that if petitioners do not join and cooperate with the investigation ofthis case, then respondent-State would be at liberty to get this order revoked.
