This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India wherein prayer is made for protecting the life, liberty and property of the petitioner.
Petition has been perused. The main allegations in the petition ar that House no.27, Ward No.1 near Water Tank, Mehrauli, New Delhi was in the name of Smt.Madhubala who was the mother-in-law of the petitioner.
Smt.Madhubala has expired on 15th December, 2012. Petitioner is alleging her share we well as her husband's share in the aforesaid property. It is alleged that after the death of Smt.Madhubala, the elder brother-in-law namely Rakesh Kumar and his wife Smt.Saroj Rani are grabbing the share
2013:DHC:7558 of the petitioner and her husband by illegal means. The main dispute alleged in the petition is a property dispute which is of a civil nature, as such, the relief prayed cannot be granted. Further, no specific dates of alleged threats having been given by respondent nos.4 and 5 have been stated.
Petition is therefore dismissed.
However, the concerned SHO to ensure that no untoward incident takes place.
