JUDGMENT
1. Vide order dated 30.05.2013, the present applications filed by the petitioners under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Cr.PC for anticipatory bail in FIR No.143/2013 lodged under Section 380 IPG at Police Station: Kanjhawala, were taken up for consideration and in view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners that BAIL APPLN. 963/2013 and 979/2013 Page 1 of[2] 2013:DHC:7014 when the complainant had called up in the morning of the incident, they were in Meerut, UP, which could be verified from the CDR of the mobile phones, counsel for the petitioners had prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. The Court had perused the status report filed by the State and after examining the same, the petitioners were directed to join investigation as and when required by the SHO/IO concerned.
2. Learned Addl. PP Informs the Court that the petitioners had duly joined the investigation and the verification of the CDR of the petitioners' mobile phones confirms their submission that in the morning of the incident of theft, they were in Meerut, UP.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present applications are disposed of with directions that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?20,000/- each with one local surety each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the investigating officer/arresting officer. Needless to state that the petitioners shall fully co-operate m the investigation and will not create any hindrance or impediment during the course of investigation.
