ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the transfer orders were issued a general office order has been issued by the Divisional Railway Manager Northern Railways on June 28, 2013 which reads as Page 1 of[2] 2013:DHC:7779-DB 0> under "Sub: Periodical Transfer orders issued in 2013. During the meeting with the SC/ST & OBC Association, it was decided to pend (sic.) the transfer order of officer bearer of SC/ST & OBC Associationfor time being till Dec.2013. Meanwhile, a reference should be made to HQ office to give ^ clear instructions on the matter. Staff already spared from various units should joint at new postings. m. This has the approval ofD.R.M. "
2. Counsel states that in view of the order dated June 28, 2013 he has been instructed by the petitioners not to press the above captioned writ petitions and withdraw the same.
3. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
