Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as amatter offact, the matter is at the stage of evidence.

Needless,to say that the learned Arbitrator would be free to pass appropriate directions after hearing the submissions ofthe counsels for the parties.
Ms. Marwah says that the respondent be directed to file a list of assets. Counsel for the respondent says that they will file a list of unencumbered assks, both immovable and movable within four weeks from today.
Acopy ofthe same will be furnished to the counsel foi the petitioner.
