10.07.2013 Learned counsel for the respondent says that the reply was filed two days ago. Acopy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Itis not disputed that the arbitration proceedings are on.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as amatter offact, the matter is at the stage of evidence.
In these circumstances, the captioned petitions will be placed before the learned Ai'bitra'tor who will be,free to treat tlie same as petition undei
Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Needless,to say that the learned Arbitrator would be free to pass appropriate directions after hearing the submissions ofthe counsels for the parties.
Ms. Marwah says that the respondent be directed to file a list of assets. Counsel for the respondent says that they will file a list of unencumbered assks, both immovable and movable within four weeks from today.
Acopy ofthe same will be furnished to the counsel foi the petitioner.
The petitions are accordingly disposed of JULY 10,2013
