JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Mahapatra, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner is agreeable to comply with the impugned order of the Central Administrative Tribunal[1] within a period of three weeks from today but prays that the order may not be treated as a precedent.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the petitioner to comply with the impugned order within a period of three weeks from today.

3. We make it clear that the impugned order shall not be treated as “Tribunal” hereinafter W.P.(C) 2123/2025 a precedent in other matters.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
