18.07.2013 Petitioners are the mother and two daughters of main accused
Yunish Khan, who is in custody. While entertaining the above-captioned three applications, interim protection was granted to petitioners subject to their joining investigation.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State confirms that petitioners have joined the investigation of this case. The case of petitioners appear to be at par with co-accused Kheru Nisha, who has been granted pre-arrest interim bail by this Court and it is confirmed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (in Bail Application No. 535/2013).
In the light of above, interim order of 3rd April, 2013 in the above- captioned three applications is made absolute. Without commenting on the merits of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners-
Ram Jano, wife of late Yusuf Khan, Najish Parveen & Nargis, two daughters of Yusnis Khan, be admitted to bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of ~30,000/- with one local surety each, to the satisfaction ofthe Investigating Officer/ Arresting Officer.
Needless to say, if petitioners do not join and cooperate with the

• investigation, then respondent- State would be at liberty to get this order revoked.
The above captioned three applications are disposed of in aforesaid terms.
