By the present application under Order 23 CPC, the parties
. submit that their disputes which are the subject matter of the present appeal is resolved by mutually acceptable settlement. In terms of the settlement, the respondent was to be paid Rs.52,66,700/-. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 12th July, 2013 is part of the record as Annexure-I to the application. The representatives and the authorized signatories of the parties are present. The counsel for the
2013:DHC:6935-DB parties submit that the amounts agreed to be paid by the respondent towards full and final settlement have been tendered through demand drafts, as mentioned in the application.
In the light of the above developments, the application is hereby allowed.
