JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR ORDER 17:07.2013 At the outset, Mr. Vijay Aggarwal, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission ofthis Court to withdraw the above-captioned petitions with a prayer that trial court be directed to expeditiously dispose of petitioner's application under Section 210 Cr.P.C., which is pending for a long time. Learned counsel for parties submit that they will seek pre- poning of hearingof aforesaid application. If any such application is moved by the parties, then trial court shall make all the endeavors to dispose of application under Section 210 of Cr.P.C. expeditiously. That is to say, within thi'ee months from today. It is made clear that neither side will take adjournment when this application is taken up for hearing and ifapplicant/petitioner seeks any adjournment, then the trial court will not be bound to decide ihe CrI. M.C. Nos. 2900/2007; 2901/2007; 2902/2007; 2903/2007 Papp a application within the above stipulated time. The afore-captioned petitions and applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petitions, if so required.
