The petitioners are aggrieved by the respondents' inaction in not awarding the tender and questions the conditions contained in the tenders also. The petitioners have not filed the most material items, i.e. NIT for the
2013:DHC:7229-DB V Court's benefit although it contains details with regard to the petitioners' experience, eligibility conditions having been fulfilled.
In these circumstances, counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh with material items with necessary documents and also implead the necessary parties. Liberty is granted.
The petition is dismissed.
