This application is filed by the plaintiff seeking impleadment of M/s.
NAVA Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. as defendant No. 4. Learned counsel Mr. Apurb Lal appeared for the defendant No. 4 and accepts notice.
In the mediation proceedings before Delhi High Court Mediation and
Conciliation Centre, the proposed defendant No. 4 also joined and was a party to the settlement that was arrived at between the plaintiffs and the
2013:DHC:6742 I I,, defendants No. 1 to 3. In the said proceedings, the proposed defendant No. 4 also settled the matter with the plaintiffs. Learned counsel for the proposed defendant No. 4 has no objection to the impleadment of this defendant as defendant No. 4. Hence, this defendant being a necessary and proper party, is impleaded as defendant No. 4. Amended memo of parties filed.
IA stands disposed of.

Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 25.07.2013. Copy of the same is received and taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of settlement. Consequently, the suit is decreed in terms of the paras 24 (i) and 24 (ii) of the plaint. Decree he drawn accordingly.
