Mr. Aru1 Kumar Varma, Advocate, who is present in court has been requested to act as an Arbitrator in the matter' The learned counsel for the parties have no objection to the same'
Accorclingly, Mr. Arun I(umar Varma (Mobile No.981I0444g4), Chamber No.226, Lawyers' chamber, Delhi Higlt
Court is appointed as an Arbitrator.
Both the parties will refer their claims aud counter claims, if any, to the leatned Arbitrator, who will adjudicate upon the same in accordance with the law. Both the pafties are also agreed that a lumpsurn fee of Rs.75,0001 will be paid to the learned Arbitrator, to
' t tr be bofne equauy by both the parties. This r'vill be in addition to any incidental expenses incurred by the Arbitrator, which will be reirnbur-sed on actual basis. The parties and their counsel shall appear before the Arbitrator on 05.08.2013 at 3.00 p'm'
